Maximus III Formula Motherboard
At the time of this writing (3/18/2010) the Asus Maximus III Formula is the king of the hill when it comes to motherboards. It's audio system is far richer than the next competitor (the GA-P55-UD6). It easily overclocks and makes it possible to tweak ram to it's fullest potential while keeping the system stable.
One of the neatest features is a remote monitoring and overclocking feature - you just connect a USB cord from the Maximus to a remote machine. You can monitor POST codes and run diagnostics.
Overall the Maximus III is an amazing motherboard
